Waterguard+ in building shaft (multi-dwelling units)

A Waterguard+ Sensor (mounted in bracket connected to power and Sensor Tape) is installed in every floor in a shaft.

Wireless connection (WiMEA protocol) to Linkbox+ and sensors.

The sensor bracket is mounted to the wall or to the floor.

Linkbox+ is mounted in a bracket on the wall, connected to external power supply, sensor tape and valve actuator.

Linkbox+ is connected to the internet via local WiFi, network cable and/or LTE (4G).

When connecting to Abra borettslag portal with an activated subscription, all central units (Linkbox+) will interact on a wireless mesh network so that water alarms is sent to surrounding residents around the unit with the water leakage, and to the board/caretaker as well, via portal, SMS and app.

Up to three (3) valves (1"DN25 to 2"DN50) is mounted on cold/hot/circulation water intake after the main stopcock.

Valves is connected the power supply for valves from Linkbox+ with CAT6 network cable and power cable.
