As a separate service, Waterguard offers B2B customers a complimentary option to pre-fabricate Waterguard+ systems; pairing WaterSensor+ to Linkbox+ according to customer drawings and configuring the system for use with BACnet IP and/or setting up the Abra Portal web platform for customers who do not use BACnet but need a web-based way to monitor full system status.

• Pre-Configured Systems: We unpack and pair your Waterguard+ water sensors to Linkbox+ according to customer drawings before delivery, ensuring they are ready for immediate installation.

• Clear Labeling & Documentation: Each device is labeled according to customer drawings, making installation and future maintenance straightforward.

• BACnet IP Integration or Abra Portal Setup: We activate BACnet functionality for seamless BMS communication and/or configure the Abra Portal for cloud-based monitoring and management.

• Quality Control & Testing: Every device undergoes testing to validate functionality before it arrives on-site.

• Optimized Packaging & Delivery: We offer the option for bulk re-packaging of products, allowing for quick, organized installation with minimal downtime and packaging to throw away at the building site.

What You Need to Provide

For the best results, we require:

• Technical Drawings & Specifications: Technical drawings must contain project-specific device IDs for all Linkbox+ hubs and WaterSensor+ water sensors, which will be labeled on the devices. If a Linkbox+ ID is not specified, we will use the last four digits of the Linkbox+ serial number (S/N).

• BACnet or Abra Portal Requirements: Let us know if you require BACnet ID activation or prefer Abra Portal for centralized system management.

• Packaging Preferences: To ship products to the final destination in the original packaging or in bulk.
