Intro
In a Smart Stop system, there are 3 units that must be connected together:
1. Control panel (the wall panel with 3 or 4 buttons)
2. Valve control (The power supply that controls the valve)
3. Wireless Sensor (one or more)

Picture 3: Wireless sensor
The control panel and valve control must be connected to power before pairing can start. Correspondingly, wireless sensors must have batteries installed. Connection is easiest if all 3 components are in the same room.
Connect the control panel and valve control
- Press and hold the RESET button on the control panel for approx. 2 seconds (you will hear two beeps when the panel is ready to pair)
- Press and hold the RESET button on the valve control for 1-2 seconds (the button is either on the front or on the side - depending on the type of model):
- A successful pairing is confirmed by a small melody from the control panel
Connect the control panel and wireless sensor
- Open the cover of the wireless sensor and insert batteries. Leave the cover off
- Press and hold the RESET button on the control panel for approx. 2 seconds (you will hear two beeps when the panel is ready to pair)
- Press and hold the small black button on the wireless sensor for approx. 1-2 seconds:
- A successful pairing is confirmed by a small melody from the control panel
- Repeat the process if you have several wireless sensors to be connected
