The valve doesn't close when the sensor tape/wire is moistened and there is no clicking sound from the valve.
1. Check that the jack-adapter is properly connected to the valve actuator and that the sensor tape is installed into the jack-adapter connector in the correct direction. The blue side of the tape should be in the opposite way of the metal connectors. NB! if not installed correctly, the system will not register and prevent water leakages.
2. Ensure the valve actuator is powered (Green light in LED)
The valve clicks but doesn't close the water supply when the sensor tape/wire is moistened.
In this case, there's probably something wrong with the valve. Inspect and clean it according tothis video
The valve closes immediately after the actuator is powered.
When the actuator is powered, the valve will normally conduct a close-open sequence. If it remains closed, inspect the sensor tape/wire. Make sure the sensor points doesn't get in contact with eachother or with other conductive material.
