Yes, that's true. Even though the system is easy to set up, it is important that the valve is installed correctly on the water pipe by a certified plumber. A FG-certified installation will enable house insurance discounts.

Except from the valve, other devices and accessories doesn't require a certified plumber. But be sure to carefully follow the installation and user manual.
